Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • High-volume (sales or launches)/large orders: Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
  • Regular in-stock items: These items will ship within 3–5 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Carrier Responsibility (IMPORTANT)

After a package has been handed over to USPS, UPS, or any other carrier, it is entirely out of my control. I am not responsible for:

  • Delays in transit
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
  • Damage caused by the carrier

For any delivery issues, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim, as they are responsible once the package is in their possession.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Shipping Updates

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. Carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside of my control.
